Why we value our members

We value our members, as their views and support are the backbone of the organisation.  Anyone who wishes to become involved in making Loughton a better place to live is welcome to join us.


What Membership gives you Membership is only 5 for the calendar year and covers a complete household. Membership is without obligation and can be stopped at any time.


What your Membership gives us
You can join in any one of the following ways

The subscription is 5, but donations are always very welcome.

1. By a Bank Transfer

Please complete this membership form and email a completed copy to membership@loughtonresidents.co.uk first. You can send a photograph or a scan of the form.

We encourage all our members to set up a regular bank transfer, with the next payment being due on the 2nd of January.

Please include a reference on your payment made up of the second half of your postcode and your house number, so we can identify the payment. (e.g. our membership secretary’s reference is 1JB009)

Please make sure to send us the membership form. If you don't, we won't know who you are and cannot add you as an LRA member.


2. By Posting a Cheque

Please print and complete this membership form and send a copy with your cheque payable to "LRA" or to "Loughton Residents Association" to our membership secretary Laura Blake at 9 Woodbury Hill, Loughton, Essex IG10 1JB.

If you cannot print out the form, you can still send your cheque to us with a note of your name, address (including postcode), phone number and email address (if you have one).
