New members
LRA Members don't have any duties, but they do receive extra newsletters and can opt to get our weekly email bulletin of local news. Subscriptions pay for our printed newsletter, Loughton Life, LRA campaigning and help to demonstrate that we really are a residents association. More.

LRA subscriptions
The membership year starts on January 1st. If you are already a member, it’s a great help if you can send your subscription (£5 per household per year) to our Membership Secretary at 14 The Hawthorns Loughton IG10 3QT now (no cash by post please; donations welcome). Or there’s a Standing Order form.

LRA Help wanted
Help needed! LRA works hard to look after Loughton and our councillors are involved in all sorts of issues. But we also need a good organiser to help with running the organisation itself. As LRA’s “Secretary” you would be involved in making sure that things run smoothly - you could make a real contribution to our work! Newsletter deliverers
We need some Loughton Life deliverers. It takes an hour or so, 6 times a year. If you can help, or would like more information, please contact me on 020 8508 2932 or david.linnell@loughtonresidents.co.uk

Farmers Markets bookstall 
From March to November we have a second-hand bookstall alongside the LRA stand in the Farmers Markets on the first Sunday of each month, to raise the money to pay for our displays. If you’d like to help us by manning the stall for an hour occasionally, please let David Linnell know.

Farmers Market poster
Could you put up an A4 laminated poster to let people know about the Farmers Market, please? They can go on a fence or tree, or we can supply a post. Ideally the poster should go up for the week before each market (on the first Sunday of each month). Contact 020 8508 2932 or david.linnell@loughtonresidents.co.uk

Farmers Market: Charities and local voluntary organisations 
LRA has two stands at the monthly Farmers Markets in the High Road, on the first Sunday of each month, available free for charities and other voluntary organisations operating locally. We have spaces for February and May onwards, so please pass this on to any organisations who might be interested (contact me at david.linnell@loughtonresidents.co.uk).

Loughton Festival
Sue Taylor is inviting volunteers to contact her if they would like to help her to plan next year's Festival, which will take place in March and April. She is particularly looking for people able to help with fundraising, publicity, event management, and designing publicity materials. Again, if anyone is interested in joining the Festival team they should email Sue or phone her on 020 8508 2512.
