A preliminary hearing of their appeal against the District Council’s decision to reduce their opening hours was heard at the Harlow Magistrates Court on May 7th, and proceedings were postponed without discussion. On behalf of local residents, LRA supported the police in the initial Review of the licence, which led to the reduction in opening hours. The Minx has now been renovated as a Turkish restaurant, and we hope that their appeal will be dropped.
